Each finished product begins with original designs and thus presented by the sketches and 3D modeling.
Then, the picture would turn into a wax model with he same style and size.
After modeling, those samples would be sent to the polish department for 3 times of polishing, only to ensure the flatness and ready for the finishing.
Following that, the models are sent to be plated with Gold, Silver, Copper, Rhodium, etc. to avoid being fade and tarnish. We dipped 3 times in 18K or 14K Gold plating to reach a thickness of 0.075 µm, which will help to preserve the finish for about 1~2 years.
After inserting the diamonds, our quality controller would check and inspect them with a microscope one after another to make it sure that all the diamonds are encrusted perfectly.
After all the above steps, the product is finally finished and packaged separately so as to send to the distributors.
